A leading medical technology company in Mannheim, Germany, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to manage direct business sales of innovative cardiac surgical products. This role involves training physicians and staff, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering relationships within hospitals. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales of AtriCure’s ablation, left atrial appendage and cryo nerve block technologies in cardiothoracic operating room and related departments within hospitals. This role must be able to train and support the physicians and their staff in various procedures and provide support in the O.R. and during follow‑up patient care as required. Establish meetings and make presentations to top hospital administration to educate important stake holders on AtriCure’s products and key initiatives. This position requires excellent relationship management, teamwork and strategic planning with the Product Development team.
