We are seeking the Continuous Improvement & Training Lead for the European region with a strong background in industrial environments. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of training strategies across various functions within the Product Line Distribution, Dry, Traction Transformers ensuring alignment with Hub Europe and Business unit (BU) Transformers objectives.
The ideal candidate is a versatile leader and practitioner with expertise in training and development, implementing training management systems, and large‑scale training program management. Extensive experience in implementing solutions that drive impact and change within a complex, matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with BU, Hub and functional teams is strongly preferred. Lean management system experience and driving organizational transformation are essential for the successful candidate.
This role requires travel within Europe, up to 25%.
