Performance Marketing Manager (German Speaking), Germany – Berlin HQ

Our approach aims to improve patient outcomes and scale across geographies.

We’re looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth in Germany. With 2–4 years of experience, you’ll combine creativity and analytics to build high-performing landing pages, craft user tests, and create ad copies for Meta and Google. If you love experimentation, fast iteration, and turning ideas into measurable results, this role is for you.

• Optimise paid media campaigns for Facebook, Google Search, etc., by supporting campaign and ad setup and monitoring performance
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
• Build new landing pages across the funnel, from channel pages to in-funnel quizzes
• Run A/B tests across the funnel to improve conversions—from Landing Pages to Checkout and post-conversion
• Maintain an efficient testing loop and share key insights to drive performance
• Derive insights from analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and LaunchDarkly
• Own and drive CRM for Juniper Germany
• Stay on top of industry best practices across channels and creative; promote best-in-class performance marketing methodology
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on new creative ideas
• Work with the Head of Growth to prepare presentations, present experiment outcomes, and support weekly meetings

• 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a customer acquisition role for direct-to-consumer brands; bonus points for healthcare
• Fluency in German and English
• Creative and analytical mindset; strong writing skills with data-guided decision-making
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong cross-functional collaborator; able to work with different teams and international teams in different time zones
• Clear communicator of insights and impact; able to translate results and opportunities into actionable steps backed by data
• Comfortable with digital marketing tools; familiar with platforms like Figma, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar

• Previous experience in a startup/hyper-growth environment (digital health and/or e-commerce a plus)
• Experience writing or designing creatives for ads
• You prefer a highly structured environment
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and need little direction
