About The Role

We are recruiting Automotive Mechatronic Service Specialists (Passenger Cars) on behalf of verified partner employers in Germany. These include authorized dealerships, OEM-certified service centres, and independent automotive workshops. This role offers experienced automotive professionals an opportunity to work under German labor standards with full relocation support. Employment is with our partner employers in Germany. Your primary work location will be in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect and repair passenger vehicles
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing
• Replace defective components and carry out system calibrations
• Maintain service records in accordance with German workshop standards

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 21–38 years
• Education: Bachelor’s, Diploma, or ITI in Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering or related field from a state-recognized institute (proof of equivalence to German standards required)
• Experience: At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in a car service workshop (5+ years preferred with diagnostics and OEM standards). Includes work in maintenance, service, repair, systems or diagnostics
• License: Valid non-EU B (car) driving license
• Language: B1 German certificate (Goethe or equivalent). Candidates must reach B1 proficiency within 10 months of enrollment
• Personal Qualities: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, adaptability to modern automotive technologies, teamwork orientation, attention to detail and willingness for long-term relocation to Germany
