Overview

Our client is a pioneering 3D printing solutions company revolutionizing how products are designed and manufactured. They are building an international network of advanced 3D printing facilities and seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to help accelerate their global growth.

  • Build strategic partnerships with manufacturers, product developers, and innovators worldwide.
  • Drive franchising and market expansion opportunities across Europe, the United States, and other key regions.
  • Represent the company at major international trade fairs and industry expos.
  • Contribute to the creation of a global network of cutting-edge 3D printing factories that are redefining product development and production.
About Repserve

At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.

Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.

This role is for an allocation of 100% of your time.

Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges, etc.). Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring.

Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.

  • A dynamic business hunter with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Experienced in international sales, partnerships, or franchising, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders—from C-suite executives to technical teams.
  • Motivated by innovation and excited to be part of a fast-moving, industry-disrupting organization.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in international business development, partnerships, or franchise sales.
  • Strong network and proven success in B2B sales within technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend trade fairs, client meetings, and expansion initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
