We\'re hiring an executive assistant to work with our CTO. If you\'re organized, proactive, and good with technology, we\'d love to have you on our team.You will work at the core of the company, where we develop our software for secure communication. Many of the brands and vendors you rely on regularly use our software to encrypt millions of emails every day. Your personal and business information has probably been protected many times by our products. This role requires excellent communication skills in German and English. You\'ll work in our Neukölln office at least 4 days a week, but you\'ll also have some flexibility to set your own hours and choose the day you want to work from home.

• Maintain calendars, respond to requests, and support our CTO in day-to-day operations
• Help manage the technology budget, including monitoring costs and forecasting needs
• You will also manage task lists and keep track of deadlines
• Organize meetings and video calls, create agendas, and ensure that all outcomes are recorded
• Support larger projects, organize the project backlog, and work with colleagues to meet project deadlines
• Maintain and organize documents versions to ensure that all data is stored securely and documents can be found at any time
