Job Description

• You will process IT requests in line with our IT demand process. This will also involve evaluating and prioritising requests with the relevant requesters
• You will develop technical solution concepts with your colleagues and bring the topics to project maturity
• You will analyse the needs of our business and central divisions and advise them on IT services, project plans and technical innovations
• You will act proactively as a ‘translator’ between business and IT and identify future regulatory challenges in the banking environment
• Your responsibilities will also include occasionally managing smaller IT projects

Qualifications

• You have a successfully completed university degree in (business) information technology, business administration or a comparable degree programme, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of IT.
• Ideally, you have experience in IT requirements management and/or IT project management
• You have experience in dealing with IT requirements and translating them into technical solution concepts
• You are familiar with agile and classic project management methods and have experience in managing external service providers and evaluating service provider offers
• You are confident in using Jira, Confluence and Google WS, are a team player and can work independently in a dynamically changing environment
• You are an excellent communicator and can respond to your counterparts in a manner appropriate to the recipient and work in a structured manner
