About this Position
As an AI Consultant at Henkel, you will be at the forefront of transforming how our organization leverages Generative AI.

What you'll do

• Analyze, prioritize, and structure GenAI requests from business units and functions
• Develop and manage AI projects end-to-end, from proof of concept to enterprise rollout
• Build customized GenAI solutions such as GenAI assistants, AI agents, and document processing applications using tools like Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services
• Drive adoption by communicating results, enabling stakeholders, and conducting trainings
• Act as a key point of contact for all GenAI-related topics, fostering innovation and collaboration across departments

• University degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in AI solution development, automation, and project delivery
• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies, particularly Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services
