- Moderate written content related to fraud and copyright infringement.
- Review and process legal requests in line with client policies.
- Ensure all requests are completed within agreed turnaround times.
- Monitor and evaluate user comments and profiles.
- Maintain high-quality reviews in a fast-paced environment.
- Report and escalate violations when necessary.

We are looking for a Content Moderator ( with relocation to Portugal) to join our team for a Project Streaming Service Platform. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content, especially related to potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other legal matters. You will ensure content complies with our community guidelines and legal standards, while maintaining a safe and welcoming platform.
- Moderating written content related to fraud, copyright infringement, privacy claims, defamation, and falsification
- Reviewing and processing legal requests in line with client policies and guidelines
- Ensuring all requests are completed within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards
- Monitoring and evaluating user comments, profiles, and other content to identify violations
- Maintaining high-quality reviews in a fast-paced environment
- Reporting and escalating violations when necessary
- You will gain insights into specific types of digital law.
- C1 level fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Intermediate English skills
- No prior experience required
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hold EU ID or Residence card
- Yearly Gross Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
- Yearly Language Bonus: Additional bonus for language proficiency
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross salary
- Yearly Transportation Bonus: Annual transportation allowance
- Daily Meal Allowance: Paid daily on a meal card
- Contract Type: 1-month training contract + 1-year renewable contract with 30 days probation
