A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join its team. The role involves advising and guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors. This is a fully remote position within Germany, requiring professional German and English communication skills. We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our customers' growing consulting practice in Germany. In this role, you will advise and guide clients through the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR technology solutions.
This is a fully remote role within Germany, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
