A photography solution company in Berlin seeks a strategic People Partner to lead a small team. In this role, you will advise on organizational design and drive HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and fluency in German and English. We’re looking for a strategic and empathetic People Partner ready to step into their first team leadership position.
In this role, you’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer, balancing hands-on People business partnering with leading a small, agile People Operations team.
You’ll be the go-to partner for managers and teams on all people matters, while also fostering operational excellence and team development across the employee lifecycle.
