Responsibilities
  • Reviews and approves changes to employee records in HRIS system.
  • Assist HR Coordinators with care center issues that may have been escalated or more difficult to understand.
  • Proactively identifies potential areas for process improvement and recommend feasible solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Market Leaders and HR Leaders including training new users in UKG Pro.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Functions
  • Collaboration with Payroll team with salary changes in UKG.
  • Assist with audits, and any additional request as needed.
  • Provides training to new care center managers.
  • Assists with special projects.
  • Mentoring of HR Coordinators.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Four or more years related administrative and HR experience
  • Experience with processing electronic onboarding of employees including but not limited to E‑Verify
  • Experience with an HRIS system, UKG Pro or ADP strongly preferred
  • Experience with day‑to‑day processing of 1000 plus employees ‘data in the HRIS system
  • Knowledge of HR Laws
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet department objectives
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Experience effectively planning and organizing work
  • Ability to easily adapt to any situation; dynamic personality with the ability to adjust affectively to constantly changing policies and procedures
  • Must be detailed‑oriented with technical aptitude
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
