A leading HR technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their team. This fully remote position within Germany requires fluency in German and English, providing opportunities for professional growth while working with diverse clients across industries. You will advise on best-practice HR processes, configure Employee Central modules, and manage client relationships effectively. A passion for HR technology and consulting is essential.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our customers' growing consulting practice in Germany. In this role, you will advise and guide clients through the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR technology solutions.
This is a fully remote role within Germany, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
