Our established and rapidly growing private Rheumatology practice in California, is seeking a dedicated, California-licensed Rheumatologist (MD/DO) for a flexible, contracted position. Malpractice Coverage (Key Benefit): The practice will cover the cost of professional medical malpractice insurance for services rendered on our behalf—a significant financial benefit rarely offered in a 1099 contracted position.

• Provide expert rheumatological care via synchronous video conferencing (telehealth) to patients residing in California.
• Conduct thorough virtual patient interviews and manage the full spectrum of rheumatic diseases.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to coordinate infusion therapy and local follow‑up needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system (all exams must be dated and signed within 12 hours of evaluation).
• Adhere to all California Telehealth regulations and HIPAA privacy laws.

• Medical License: Must possess a valid, active, and unencumbered California Medical License (non‑negotiable).
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Rheumatology.
• Technical Requirements: Must maintain a secure, private, and HIPAA‑compliant home office with reliable, high‑speed internet.
