The Collateral Real Estate Valuation team NL (CREV NL) in CRM NL is responsible for the valuation of the Banking Book collateral of Real Estate, Floating Assets and Fixed Assets booked in the Netherlands. This relates to the (CRR eligible) establishment, process requirements/controls and haircut determination of these collateral types.
