A leading semiconductor distributor in Germany is seeking a Director Automotive EMEA to drive strategic accounts and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in demand creation and account management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in both English and German is essential. This role includes significant travel and involves managing complex supply chains to establish preferred supplier status.
Qualifications
- 10 years experience in semiconductor demand creation, sales or sales management.
- Proven track record of growing key accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Drive strategic Automotive accounts and establish executive-level engagements.
- Manage complex supply chain and logistics requirements.

Formation
A leading distributor of semiconductors is seeking a Director Automotive EMEA to further develop the direct strategic Automotive accounts.
You will be very involved with complex supply chain and logistics requirements to ensure the company becomes a preferred supplier while driving profitable revenue growth.
As the Director Automotive you will focus on targeted account strategy within the automotive strategic Accounts and establish executive level engagements with the client.
This position will report directly to the General Manager, EMEA..

- Drive “Demand Creation” to generate revenue and results.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Self starter, able to work with little supervision
- Extensive Account management experience
- Proven track record of growing key accounts.
- Open to extensive regional travel.
- Bachelorʼs Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Business
- 10 years semiconductor demand creation, sales / sales management experience in the OCM / Channel sector.
- Fluency in English & German
