An international advisory firm is seeking a Director for Operational Deals to guide multi-stakeholder projects and enhance operational value for private equity clients. The ideal candidate will have significant consulting experience and fluency in both German and English. As a Director in the Integration & Separation team, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi-stakeholder, international and domestic pre- and post-deal advisory engagements while raising Interpath’s profile as a premier provider of Deals and Value Creation advisory services.
The successful candidate will contribute to client-facing teams and deliver a diverse range of projects including sell-side and buy-side operational due diligence, pre- and post-deal carve-out, integration, operational value creation, performance improvement, cost optimization and Target Operating Models. You will support companies undergoing transformation and directly impact their future success and growth.
