Our German Business Unit, CAMCO®, is looking to expand its team by recruiting a Head of Methods. CAMCO is a world leader in electronics for the professional sound industry developing amplified controller technology. Due to our continuous growth, this position was created to promote our strong objectives.

Main responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a team of Methods Engineers and technicians to define, implement and qualify manufacturing processes, ensuring production capability (repeatability and reproducibility) and enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• This role combines expertise in process design, qualification and production operation improvements.
• The Head of Methods will be attached to the Director of Industrial Operations and collaborate from a matrix perspective with the Director of Operational Excellence.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or technical fields (mechanics, Electronics, robotics, fluidics…).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process Engineering, manufacturing methods or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing processes on technical projects that include mechanics, electronics and/or fluidics specificities.
• Location: Wenden, Germany and Olpe, Germany.
