Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:
  • Neukundengewinnung und Entwicklung von bestehenden Kunden in den Segmenten Bauträger, Projektentwickler, Fonds und Investmentgesellschaften, Verwaltungen, Genossenschaften, Bauvereine (Immobilienwirtschaft)
  • Akquise, Entwicklung und Gewinnung von Projekten entlang der gesamten Energiedienstleistungsproduktpalette bei Key- und Großkunden
  • Analyse der Marktsituation und des Potenzials in seinem Vertriebsgebiet bei Neubauaktivitäten im Wohnungs- und Gewerbebereich
  • Analyse und Selektion der potenzialrelevanten Bauvorhaben aus den genutzten Bauinformationsdiensten
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen gestalten und erarbeiten Sie maßgeschneiderte Versorgungskonzepte für unsere bedeutenden Großkunden
  • Sie begleiten diese als Projektverantwortlichen; vom Vertragsabschluss, über die Projektentwicklung bis hin zu Realisierung des Konzeptes und darüber hinaus
  • Erstellung von Machbarkeitsanalysen und Potenzialabschätzungen nach Kundenwünschen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Präsentation von kundenspezifischen Angeboten
  • Abschluss von Verträgen, inklusive Preishoheit
  • Wettbewerbsbeobachtung für die unterschiedlichen Kundensegmente und Ableitung von Handlungsfeldern
  • Aufnahme von Kontakten und Entwicklung von Netzwerken zu Verbänden sowie Teilnahme an Branchenfachtagungen / Messen

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb sowie vorzeigbare Erfolge im Vertrieb von Versorgungskonzepten und Energiedienstleistungen
  • Spaß am aktiven Verkauf
