A leading global financial services firm based in Munich seeks a Global Process Owner for Payroll. In this role, you will harmonize payroll processes globally, oversee design and governance of payroll frameworks, and facilitate country rollouts while collaborating with integrated teams. Ideal candidates have relevant degrees, experience in HR innovations, and strong project management skills. The role also includes hybrid work options and excellent career development opportunities.
As a Global Process Owner for Payroll, you will play a pivotal role in driving the harmonization of our global payroll landscape. You are responsible for the design, governance and continuous improvements of the global end-to-end payroll process, as well as the steering of the country rollouts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and support the rollout and usage of EMP tools across Allianz Operating Entities.
