We’re on the lookout for a Data Insights Specialist to join our innovative team! 🚀 In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, product development, and revenue growth through the power of data 📊. This position goes beyond traditional analytics work — you’ll build the analytics foundation for key decision-makers across the company, including Marketing, Business, User Acquisition, Product, and our Founders 🧑💼👩💼. You won’t be building dashboards — your focus will be on delivering sharp, actionable insights that inform high-level business decisions. You'll work closely with our Data Engineers and lead end-to-end A/B testing, from hypothesis design to result interpretation 🧪.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis 🧑💻

5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within consumer-facing apps (B2C) — gaming background is a plus 🎮

Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau, with a strong track record of creating reports that communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Strong cross-collaboration and communication skills — able to translate complex findings to non-technical audiences 🤝. Comfort working closely with engineering teams and technical data infrastructure 🔧🔍

Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and hands-on experience with test execution 🧪📝

A decision-oriented mindset — more about insights and action than dashboard design 📊🚫✅

Familiarity with mobile tracking tools (Firebase, Adjust, etc.) and relevant KPIs 📱

Analyse large, complex datasets spanning marketing, product usage, user behavior, and monetization to generate business-critical insights 💡

Act as a strategic analytics partner to Product, Marketing 📣, Finance 💰, and company leadership, ensuring alignment and data-backed decisions

Build a reliable analytics framework from the ground up 🧱 — enabling stakeholders to access consistent, trusted insights

Collaborate daily with Data Engineers 🧑💻 to optimize infrastructure and data flow

Own the full A/B testing lifecycle — from design and implementation to monitoring and analysis 🧪📈

Deliver concise, impactful insights — this is about driving decisions, not building dashboards 🧠➡️📣

Structure and maintain reusable datasets that reflect key metrics and business logic

Conduct segmentation and behavioral analyses to understand users and guide monetization strategy 🎯💸

Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques 📐📊

Knowledge of user attribution models and platform-specific analytics
