The role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and managing schedules and budgets within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and experience in food service. This position requires on-site work and offers the opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic setting.
Qualificações
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Responsabilidades
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
