A health organization in Toronto seeks a temporary full-time Manager Division Portfolio and Reporting to work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will manage project portfolios, report performance metrics, and enhance operational effectiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, PMP certification, and have at least 3 years of experience in leading complex projects. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

The Manager Division Portfolio and Reporting within the Collections division plays a key role in the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives aimed at collections transformation and enhancing operational effectiveness. The Manager Division Portfolio and Reporting ensures alignment between project objectives and Canadian Blood Services transformation goals, delivering high-impact solutions that support the organization's long-term strategy. The Manager Division Portfolio and Reporting leads the maturation of divisional reporting, managing processes that coalesce data and insights to provide a cohesive, data-informed view of data initiatives and priorities.
