A community church in Alberta is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for 12-18 months to provide frontline support and manage administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining logs, and assisting with office projects alongside the Ministry Support Team. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, experience in reception, and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365. Commitment to church values and practices is essential for this role.
This is a Temporary Contract (approximately 12-18 months) covering for a Maternity Leave.
The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for everyone who visits the church office. The primary role is to answer phone calls and attend to guests when they come into our office. They will also provide office and administrative support across the organization.
