Job summary

A leading agriculture company in Lanigan, Saskatchewan, is looking for a Safety Specialist (Temporary) to manage safety systems within the organization. You will assist safety supervisors, analyze safety data, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety legislation. The ideal candidate will possess a Grade 12 education, ideally supplemented with business coursework, alongside a CRSP designation and relevant industry experience. This role requires proficiency in various software and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OH&S Legislation required.
• 4-6 years’ experience in the potash industry is an asset.
• Ability to work safely in a team environment as well as self-guided.

Responsibilities

• Support safety systems to ensure goals are met.
• Assist in tracking safety concerns and recommendations.
• Perform in-depth safety data analysis and reporting.
