Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and execute full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at sourcing and engaging top talent through various platforms, and is passionate about making successful placements that make an impact. This role is commission-based with a competitive base salary and a lucrative commission structure per successful candidate hire.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various open roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Source candidates proactively through cold calling, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), job boards, colleges/universities, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Engage in poaching strategies to identify and attract top passive candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure fit for client requirements and organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track and manage open positions and maintain accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
Required Skills, Experience & Credentials
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare staffing or a related field.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including cold calling and social media recruiting.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, especially in healthcare or medical staffing.
  • Knowledge of compliance and credentialing in healthcare recruiting.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Understanding labor market trends and candidate behavior in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
