We’re not a typical bank — and we’re not a typical team.

At BDC, our banking at another level promise means taking talent acquisition far beyond execution: you act as a true strategic advisor. • Lead the full TA cycle: intake → visibility → sourcing → structured selection → offer, with an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner on workforce planning to anticipate needs and maintain ready-to-activate pipelines.
  • Engage and nurture passive talent communities, especially for Financing roles.
  • Represent our employer brand, telling the story of why BDC is truly different.
  • Use AI tools daily to enhance sourcing, drafting, insights and operating rhythm.

  • Comfort with AI-powered tools, which are fully integrated in our TA workflow.
  • Workday proficiency is a highly valuable – nice to have.
  • A natural ability to influence, prioritize and make strong decisions.
