• Use AI tools daily to enhance sourcing, drafting, insights and operating rhythm.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong experience in talent acquisition, ideally in financial services, consulting or commercial roles.
• Hands-on mastery of direct sourcing and structured selection.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools, which are fully integrated in our TA workflow.
• Workday proficiency is a highly valuable – nice to have.
• A natural ability to influence, prioritize and make strong decisions.
• Mandatory bilingualism (French & English) to effectively support Quebec and Atlantic regions.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on-site at our Place Ville‑Marie offices to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and internal partners.
