A leading Canadian bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance its recruitment process. The role involves advising hiring leaders, leading the talent acquisition cycle, and engaging with diverse talent communities. Strong experience in talent acquisition and bilingual proficiency in French and English are essential. You will also utilize AI tools in your daily workflow. The position offers a hybrid work model of three days on-site per week in Montreal.
