Pay Range: Based on experience and qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex facilities organizations
• 7+ years of senior management experience, including oversight of salaried employees
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon FTE experience
• Experience leading regional teams across multiple sites and managing up to 250+ employees
• Strong knowledge of material handling systems and automation processes
• Skilled in change management, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across Canada and North America
