Job description

We are seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Developer responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to support business processes. This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce development and customization, working collaboratively with senior developers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Salesforce solution development, including custom applications, configurations, and enhancements.
• Assist in customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs, such as creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs under guidance.
• Support data import, export, migration, and maintain data quality within Salesforce.
• Contribute to security and access control implementations to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on writing efficient Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions for user and system problems.
• Maintain documentation for customizations, processes, and integrations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, applying them as directed.
• Participate in testing, including test plan development, and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to project success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, customization, and configuration.
• Willingness to obtain Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, data, and security models.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior developers.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
