Amazon is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead critical facilities operations across its North American Fulfillment Network. About the role: Regional Maintenance Manager

In this role, you’ll provide direct leadership to Facilities Managers in the field, focusing on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. You’ll oversee equipment commissioning, develop and enforce maintenance best practices, and establish performance metrics to ensure maximum efficiency and safety across multiple locations.

Your responsibilities will include budget planning, vendor relationship management, and capital investment analysis. You’ll be expected to mentor managers, assist in recruitment and training, and work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insight on equipment life cycles and infrastructure planning.

This position demands a high level of travel—up to 80%—and the ability to influence and coordinate across cross-functional teams in a high-growth, high-expectation environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 80% across Canada and North America
