During personal tax season, our team brings on additional support to help us deliver accurate, timely, and friendly service to our clients. We’re hiring a Seasonal Tax Preparer for the 2026 tax season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, can manage deadlines, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Prepare accurate personal tax returns (T1) using firm procedures and software
- Review client information for completeness and follow up where needed
- Assist with organizing and summarizing tax documents
- Support the team during high-volume periods with administrative and technical tasks
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and a high standard of client service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort working with accounting/tax software (training provided)
- Experience in preparing personal tax returns is an asset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Supportive team environment with on-the-job training
- Flexible scheduling during the contract period
