Overview

Accent CPA is a growing regional firm serving Southwestern Manitoba. During personal tax season, our team brings on additional support to help us deliver accurate, timely, and friendly service to our clients. We’re hiring a Seasonal Tax Preparer for the 2026 tax season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, can manage deadlines, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare accurate personal tax returns (T1) using firm procedures and software
  • Review client information for completeness and follow up where needed
  • Assist with organizing and summarizing tax documents
  • Support the team during high-volume periods with administrative and technical tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and a high standard of client service
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfort working with accounting/tax software (training provided)
  • Experience in preparing personal tax returns is an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Clear and professional communication skills
