Job summary
A children's coaching organization in Sherwood Park is seeking a KidStrong Coach to inspire and develop kids aged 15 months to 11 years. Ideal candidates have a coaching background, are CPR certified, and possess strong interpersonal skills. You will create a motivating environment and engage with parents about our curriculum. This part-time role offers flexible hours during weekdays and weekends.

KidStrong is rapidly growing and we\'re looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.
- We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.
- Our classes run on weekdays 4 - 745 pm
- On weekends we run from 8-1 and 1-5 pm
- Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
- Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter that just gets a job done
