Job summary

A leading company in transportation maintenance is seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Technician for their Sudbury Peterbilt location. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks, trailers, buses, and coaches in a shop environment. Multiple shifts are available, including days, afternoons, and weekends. Candidates will be responsible for efficiently addressing service tasks and ensuring safety standards. Responsibilities

• Evaluate the working condition of, diagnose, assemble/disassemble and repair the on road equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use secondary materials and equipment safely.
• Use related instruments, hand/power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.
• Accurately document on work orders all machine information, actions taken, and time spent.
• Continually assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely, and to accepted standards.
• Use computer applications and information systems to document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis.
• Work with equipment engineers to diagnose and fulfill warranty requirements.
• Road test equipment and verify repairs as required.
