A leading international financial services provider is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Configuration Support Specialist in Southwestern Ontario. This role involves configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules to enhance HR service delivery. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in technical configurations, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 CAD per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Overview: Join our Global People Comms Technology team as a ServiceNow Functional Configuration Support Specialist. Reporting to the Director, People Comms Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing ServiceNow and related HR technology platforms. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, configure solutions, and drive adoption of innovative technology to enhance colleague experience.
