A leading financial services provider in Vancouver is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to foster client relationships, enhance client profitability, and facilitate educational efforts. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in the pension industry with at least 2-3 years of experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role, which also offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid model. The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for the overall client experience, retention and profitability for group retirement services clients. The CRE will interact with plan sponsors and plan advisors/consultants to promote our products, tools and services. The incumbent is also responsible for plan changes (plan amendments, fund changes), fee negotiations, and facilitating education requests. As well, the CRE is accountable for revenue generation through promotion of new products and services. Working with the sales director, the CRE will be expected to participate in formal and informal presentations promoting our capabilities and services to both new and existing clients.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
