Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, and in close collaboration with the regional management team, the Marketing Manager plays a strategic role by implementing local marketing initiatives in alignment with the corporate strategy. At the same time, he or she acts as a commercial delegate, prospecting for new partners and identifying business opportunities to expand the network and drive sales. This key position actively contributes to business development, partnership management, and the planning and execution of events aimed at promoting and enhancing the Thermea Spa Village brand.
You will work on flexible hybrid schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
The salary is based on the pay scale and benefits in effect Thermea Spa Village.
