Are you a Sales focused, creative and motivated Sales and Marketing leader? Our client, a Toronto Residential Condo Developer is looking for a Director of Sales to make a positive impact within their Condo division in GTA.

Our client is looking for their Director of Sales to play a key leadership role in the company. If you’re passionate about Residential Sales and have excellent Broker relationships and understanding of investor sales both domestically and internationally, read on.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be leading all sales initiatives and setting sales strategy and directing the team by implementing metrics and training/supporting the staff and brokers teams.
  • You will support and coach the project sales team on every launch and project and direct the administrative support team to efficiently monitor all sales paperwork and contracts.
