A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Business Development Manager, New Build to identify and secure project opportunities across North America. This position requires expertise in energy systems, customer relationship development, and project sales. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience and a proven track record of securing substantial contracts. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a hybrid work model allowing for two days per week on-site in a flexible work environment.

Formación
Five or more years of experience in major project and/or long-term service agreement sales.
A consistent track record of success winning contracts greater than $10 million.
Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Identify, develop, and secure new Engine Power Plant Project opportunities.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to secure new business.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support project delivery.
