A growing recruitment firm is seeking a Bilingual Accounting and Finance Recruiter to handle the full cycle recruiting process, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with leadership. This part-time role is fully remote and requires over 3 years of recruiting experience in accounting and finance. Ideal candidates should excel in ambiguous, high-growth environments and be proficient in sourcing top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects.
- Experience with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the full cycle recruiting process for roles.
- Manage the inbound applicant pipeline.
- Evaluate skill level and drive the interview process.
