A leading home care provider in Vancouver is seeking a Registered Nurse to conduct client assessments and create personalized care plans. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive client records and coordinating healthcare referrals. The ideal candidate should have a nursing degree, an active RN license in BC, and BLS certification. This position offers a competitive compensation ranging from $38.00 to $45.00 per hour and is a chance to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

Compensation: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
