A community-focused organization in Ontario seeks a Finance Supervisor to oversee financial systems and staff management. Candidates should possess a Master's degree or CAFM designation and at least 10 years' experience in financial management within an Indigenous environment. Strong cultural sensitivity and understanding of Anishinaabe traditions are essential. The position offers a salary range of $92,206.95 – $119,356.93 with additional benefits and pension. Salary Range: $92,206.95 – $119,356.93 + Immediate Pension & Benefits
Under the supervision of the Finance Administrator, the incumbent is responsible for providing supervision, administrative management, guidance, and leadership of assigned staff. The Finance Supervisor is also responsible to support the development and ongoing implementation of financial systems of the agency’s operation including employee benefits.
