This role involves managing daily cheque deposits, coding transactions, and ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cheque deposits and record transactions.
  • Assist with EFT Payments Requisitions and adjustments.
  • Perform cheque scanning and journalize receipts to SAP.
  • Balance cash batch postings on a daily basis.
  • Code cheques, EFT, and credit card transactions accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex daily Chq deposit
  • Daily coding of Chqs, EFT & Credit card
  • Helping with EFT Payments Requisitions
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Adjustment
  • Posting Batches in two systems
  • Enter and balance cash batch posting on a daily basis
  • Perform cheque scanning through RDC
  • Journalize daily cash receipts to SAP
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Accounting & Finance
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a large team environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of English and French required, in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information:

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work‑life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
