Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in property management.
• Strong understanding of tenant billing, rent collection, and arrears processes.
• Ability to manage sensitive tenant information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile daily rent payments and tenant charges.
• Monitor arrears and follow up on overdue tenant accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
