Qualifications
- 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

- Prepare and cook foods on a regular basis
- Plan menus and ensure products meet quality control standards
- Supervise activities of cooks and kitchen workers
- Direct cooks in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
- Analyze and estimate operating and labour costs
- Keep records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Arrange for kitchen equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and train kitchen staff as necessary
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
