An established industry player is seeking a Pipefitting Supervisor for Mill Maintenance. Reporting to the General Supervisor, Mill Shops, the Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight and daily repair of pipe systems as well as design and maintenance. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring safe work practices while promoting a culture of safety, and providing a high level of leadership and motivation to a crew of Red Seal Pipefitters and apprentices.
To be successful we are looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can build relationships across multi-disciplinary teams. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is driven to produce results and strive for continuous improvement while handling contending priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Advanced analytical, planning and scheduling, organization, problem-solving and decision-making abilities are vital.

Salary Range: $102,680 - $126,840
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
