A leading telecommunications firm is seeking a highly organized Project Administrator in Vancouver to support telecommunications build programs. Key responsibilities include managing invoicing cycles, purchase orders, and ensuring data accuracy. The position is full time for 18 months and requires strong skills in MS Excel and customer service. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work 2-3 days a week. Competitive pay ranges from $45,600 to $62,700, based on experience and qualifications.
You are a highly organized Project Administrator, responsible for supporting multiple telecommunications build programs by managing invoicing cycles, purchase orders, billing data, and required documentation. You play a key role in ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely processing across the Drops program and subcontractor billing activities. You are comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, providing administrative and coordination support to internal teams and external build partners. Through your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach, you help maintain efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated project operations.
This is a 18-month full-time fixed term position.

$45,600.00 - $62,700.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
