Herschel Supply Co. is looking for an Allocation & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Demand Planning & Purchasing team. This role makes a real impact as you’ll be at the centre of how product moves through our business, supporting store performance, inventory health, and the flow of goods from suppliers to the hands of our customers.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, retail stores, suppliers, and vendors to ensure product is allocated accurately, purchase orders are processed smoothly, and inventory remains balanced and reliable. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
We are a community of creators who believe the best work happens when we’re in it together; that’s why we collaborate in-person at our Vancouver HQ Monday through Thursday, with Friday being flexible to work from home.
The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $52,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
