A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Operational Procurement Manager, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing process, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and services essential for production continuity. Your role is mainly driven by MRP-based planning, requiring precision, agility, and deep understanding of manufacturing dynamics. You will manage procurement activities for raw materials, components, consumables, and production-related services, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational targets.
You’ll lead a team focused on executional excellence, supplier performance, and inventory optimization. Your proactive approach will resolve supply chain issues before they impact production, and your leadership will foster continuous improvement, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that deliveries are optimized, compliant with internal policies and regulations, and completed on time.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $105,000 – $150,000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
