Equine Lab Analyst I — ELISA & LC/MS/MS Specialist
Job summary
A leading public health company in Burnaby seeks an Analyst 1 Equine to perform sample analysis in compliance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include sample preparation and data processing using major laboratory instruments. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc. in a chemical science and have at least one year of laboratory experience, particularly in drug analysis. Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience, preferably related to drug analysis.
- Obtaining the Security Screening Certificate and Briefing Form at the Protected B Reliability Status is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of analytical instruments.
Responsibilities
- Perform sample analysis in accordance with departmental SOPs.
- Prepare samples and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure quality specifications defined by the laboratory are met.
